By now you know Stanley Johnson is good. Really good. And if you don’t know, this article by ESPN’s Paul Biancardi breaks down what makes Johnson so special.

Johnson is scheduled to have his official visit to USC this Friday and Saturday. Instead of writing yet another article about what Johnson can do on the court, we decided to ask him a couple of questions to get to know him better off the court.

What do you do in your free time?

“I hang with my friends. I go to Newport Beach a lot, and play 2K and other video games.”

Who is your favorite rapper?

“2 Chainz. He is really versatile.”

What is the strangest question a coach has asked you?

“Some coaches do not have social skills. They do not know how to incorporate recruiting into a regular talking session. They get on the phone with you are trying to make conversation, and it gets awkward. Sometimes there are some really long pauses, and that is the most awkward thing.”

What do you want to work on?

“I definitely want to work on my shooting. I have come a long way, but I can be a better jump shooter. I also want to work on my decision-making and athletic ability. Everybody can get better at something.”
