Senior guard J.T. Terrell is going to represent USC at the 2013 Pac-12 Men’s Basketball Media Day, a USC spokesman confirmed. The event takes place on October 17 in San Francisco.

Terrell averaged 11.7 points in his first season at USC after transferring from Wake Forerst. He is USC’s leading returning scorer.

“He is one of the guys were going to rely on to score for us,” USC coach Andy Enfield told Galen Central in early August. “He is that kind of talent, but as a coaching staff, we do not know who is going to be our leading scorer or go-to guy. In fact, I’d like to have three or four or five go-to guys at the end of the game. I would think J.T. would be one of the candidates to do that if he keeps improving.”

Jio Fontan represented the Trojans at the 2012 Pac-12 Basketball Media Day, and Maurice Jones represented USC in 2011.
