Class of 2014 forward Stanley Johnson plans to participate in USC’s Elite Basketball Camp, a source confirmed. The camp takes place this Friday at the Galen Center.
Johnson, who attends Mater Dei High School, recently earned most outstanding player honors at the Pangos All-American Camp. Click HERE to see his Pangos highlights.
While many of the premier high school basketball recruits are in Virginia for the NBPA Top 100 camp, Mater Dei’s finals schedule kept Johnson in California.
Johnson was recently quoted as saying USC assistant coach Tony Bland is “sort of like family to me.” Katin Reinhardt, who recently transferred to USC from UNLV, also attended Mater Dei.

Hi Seth,
Will you be covering the USC Elite Basketball camp this weekend. Would be good if you could let us know who attended and maybe who looked like they had real interest in USC.
Thanks,
Richard
